Bare en liten gladmarkering av at «absolutt metodist» i løpet av helgen passerte 3000 visninger siden bloggens fødsel i februar. Takk til alle som har vært innom – håper dere fortsetter å følge med! Om ikke annet så har bloggen, via FB-linker, maktet å skape noen små debatter.
Tradisjonen tro markeres hver tusende visning med et oppbyggelig og helt upolemisk innlegg i form av en samtidssalme. Også denne gang skrevet av en av mine favoritter, Shirley Murray fra New Zealand. Selv er jeg spesielt glad i de to siste versene, men les gjerne hele. God bless!

We are the singers who celebrate Jesus,
we are the cast of a play to unfold,
we have a part at the heart of the Gospel,
action that speaks as the Story is told.

This is the wonder, that we should be chosen!
We, like the earthenware vessels we are,
clay in a mould to enfold the great treasure:
light of more power than sunburst or star,

we who can dream a régime of acceptance,
